With Service Pack 1, the following changes become effective:

General:

  • Selecting signals from measurement files is easy and faster now.
  • CANgraph can convert a CANape measurement configuration into a offline configuration.
  • Export of display windows into EMF (Enhanced Metafile format)
  • Integrated GFX Editor to define graphical objects for the option 'Advanced Multimedia'.
  • Play mode to move the global cursor time controlled.
  • Improved CPU load distribution on multiprocessor systems
  • Fixed partial loading of windows which were displayed on multiple pages
  • Visibility of the undocked symbol explorer is assured
  • Fixed Problem with curve windows and more than 10 curves

Functions and Scripts:

  • IntelliSense during writing scripts and functions.
  • The minimal and maximal measured value of signals can be accessed by script.
  • The limits of variables defined in the database can be accessed by Scripts.
  • Speech output of a text by script.
  • The macro processor can be called by script.
  • Path of a script added to the Extras menu can be relative now
  • Measurement file signals can be directly accessed by functions to create virtual MDF signals

Offline analysis measurement files:

  • Display FlexRay signals from CANalyzer/CANoe logging files (BLF and ASCII logging files).
  • Support of new LIN events in CANalyzer/CANoe logging files.
  • Support of J1939 for CANalyzer/CANoe ASCII logging files.
  • For offline evaluation the multimedia singal can be shifted by time.
  • The display windows are syncronized during moving the difference cursor with the mouse.
  • The content of GPS and Multimedia windows can be exported into the clipboard.
  • A start time can be specified for importing of ASCII measurement files.
  • A time unit (factor) can be specified for importing of ASCII measurement files.
  • Command line option -M opens a measurement file without a signal selection dialog
  • The comment in created Diadem export files is checked for unsupported characters.
  • The first Application Text Object in an CANalyzer/CANoe BLF logging file is used as comment for the MDF file.
  • Measurement files loaded inside the measurement file manager are loaded permanently.
