Overview:
This one day class teaches CANalyzer from the J1939 perspective. It provides knowledge and hands-on experience to help analyze J1939 network message traffic using CANalyzer. The class covers the operation of CANalyzer from the basics through an overview of CANalyzer programming using Vector's CAN Access Programming Language (CAPL) with emphasis on features specifically designed for J1939 applications.
Prerequisite:
Understanding of the CAN protocol (Vector's CAN Communication class), Knowledge of the SAE J1939 Protocol (Vector's SAE J1939 Protocol Class) and basic knowledge of the C programming language.
